We are never ready for change.
We can never anticipate when the time for change comes upon us.
We can only choose, and leap, in the moment.
If change could wait for readiness, or if we could foresee change, change would not be so tough to accomplish.
Change is a choice.
Change is a leap.
There is never a good time.
But you will find that if you make that choice, and that leap, when the time is upon you, the outcome will always be in your favor.
For that is what change is always and only about.

I find that, no matter how much we anticipate the change, we will never be ready for it. We can think about how it will feels like after the change or how the change will be like, but most of the time, we’re not ready for it.
The opportunity to change seem to come up suddenly. And when it does, it becomes a mere decision to leap or not, and any previous preparation for it can sometimes just disappear.
I guess, one can be more ready when the opportunity comes if preparations were done prior to the change. But ultimately, it boils down to the decision to leap.
